Shipping information
- We ship PAN-India.
- Our shipping partner is Delhivery.
Return window
We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Eligibility for returns & exchanges
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in original packaging.
- The original invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, food products are strictly non-returnable once opened or used.
Valid reasons for return or exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The seal is broken at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired before delivery.
Any order-related discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with a complete unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label, the unopened package, and the product issue.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for products purchased during sale or discount periods, products under the gifting category, requests raised after 48 hours of delivery, or opened or used food products.
Return process
- We will arrange a reverse pickup through Delhivery from the same delivery address.
- You will be notified about the expected pickup date.
- The product must be handed over in original packaging and condition.
Exchange policy
Replacement products will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after the returned product is successfully picked up and approved.
Cancellation policy
- Order cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
- If approved, a full refund will be initiated.
Purelystic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or issues with customer information or payment verification.
Refund policy
- Customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel, showing the shipping label and contents.
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, bank transfer, or wallet, as applicable.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
